Delivery Time:
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case no major courier services are operating in your area, then we will get in touch with you to communicate the delivery time
Product Received Damaged:
If you think you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, then email us at Itihas997@gmail.com Or contact +91 8850794725 from 10AM-8PM (IST) mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please ensure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.
How do I cancel an order on www.itihas.co?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will refund the entire amount.
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case your product has been shipped and has been delivered or is yet to be delivered, in that case the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 12-15 working days from the date of cancellation of the order and if it’s cash on delivery for Indian customers then the money willl be transferred in the back account they provided while returning the product.
We have a friendly return policy where we exchange products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects or are different from the product ordered.
Return in case of inappropriate understanding of the product by the customer; the customer will be liable to pay Rs. 100-300 towards shipping costs depending on the product category.
Please contact us with your replacement request within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product. The item will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped to you.
In case of receipt of damaged or missing order, the customer/buyer has to get back to itihas.co through support@itihas.co within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or partly missing order. Customer will have to send an image the of the product on email in case he/she is claiming that the product is damaged or partly missing. Our team will initiate the return process after examining the image received.
The return shipping to us for the product will be borne by us.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Cancellation from our end:
We make every effort to fulfil all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in the product, pricing, and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Our Customer Service Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account.
